*Responsibilities*
- Define and capture client business requirements and develop functional
specifications and charters.
- Engage multiple internal organizations and external third party vendors
to develop and document new business processes and requirements to support
Business Integration projects.
- Actively participate in the design and development of the operational
processes and business requirements supporting the *SmartConnect Release*
.
- Gather, develop and maintain various project documentation
- Communicate project implementation status, decisions and information to
a broad cross-functional team of stakeholders.
- Analyze data, compile information, recommend alternatives and propose
creative solutions for complex issues
- Partner with multiple organizations including IT to develop test
strategies to ensure verification of business requirements.
- Participate as a key member of a core team that executes user
acceptance test to qualify release software for go-live.
- Monitor and report on action items, issues, risks, quality, and
recommending remedial action for items out of compliance with the plan.
- Develop release presentations for the purpose of management reporting
and updating other internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate the change request processes, including coordinating
activities between *stakeholders, and SmartConnect IT, and Project
Management Office (PMO)*.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills*
- Typically possesses a minimum of five years experience in an analytical
position.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and facilitating meetings with
clients, stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SME), and vendors including
communicating key discussion points to management.
- Demonstrated* experience in the utility or regulated industry such as
electric, gas, water, telecommunications, and/or pharmaceutica*l.
- Demonstrated experience with project management tools and methods to
support multiple projects, including gathering budget information, reporting
on project status, and coordinating activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Demonstrated experience using the features of business applications and
office productivity tools to create queries, reports and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze information and make sound
decisions.
- Must demonstrate the ability to take initiative and accountability for
the accuracy of information and for achieving results.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Project as well as internet and e-mail.
- Must demonstrate the ability to integrate work across relevant areas
and manage risks and safety appropriately.
- Must demonstrate effective team building, and ability to stay current
with relevant technology and innovation.
