Our client, an innovative leader in Consumer Shopping is seeking a User
Interface / UI Developer to support their International eCommerce and
Mobile websites.
Responsibilities:
. Development of dynamic web pages for European eCommerce websites
supporting multiple desktop browsers
. Development of dynamic mobile web pages supporting multiple mobile devices
and browsers, including integration with Android and iPhone apps
Requirements:
. 4+ years of experience in User Interface development with the ability to
handcode HTML, CSS
. Development of dynamic web pages for ecommerce websites supporting
multiple desktop browsers
. Excellent understanding of JavaScript (websites are very client
script-intensive)
. Experience with JS frameworks such as jQuery
. Strong understanding of a DOM structure and page events
. Experience with any Server-side languages such as (C# / PHP / Java) is
plus
. Experience using Adobe Photoshop and other UI development tools
. Knowledge of Ajax desirable
. Development of dynamic mobile web pages for ecommerce websites supporting
multiple mobile devices and browsers is a plus but not required
Location: NYC thru the end of the year+
