Title: TIBCO FLEX UI DESIGNER/DEVELOPER Location: FELLSMERE, FL Duration: 6+MONTHS Job Details Our client is seeking for a Flex Designer/Developer . The candidate will be responsible for driving solution for business deliverable and ensuring the web applications are scalable with new functionality and enhancement. Responsibilities o Lead the development lifecycle of one or more Web client-side components, from specification through design, coding, debugging, and deployment. o Work with members of the Project Management, Design and Development teams to build a coordinated feature set. o Develop and implement creative solutions to integrate our technology into infrastructures. o Share expertise and advise others in the application of Web. o Write high quality, high performance Actionscript 3.0 and mxml code. o Write complete Unit Tests for developed code. o Participate in scoping and sizing of requirements using Agile development methods. Qualifications o Minimum 7 years commercial software development experience. o BS in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. o Deep familiarity with Web application technologies (e.g. XML, XSLT, XHMTL, JavaScript, SOAP). o 5 or more years hands-on ActionScript experience. o 5 or more years hands-on Flex development experience. Must have worked on multiple Framework solutions. o 4 or more years developing consumer-facing Web applications. o Experience with standard revision control and defect tracking tools. o Expertise building Flash-based presentations of large-scale applications. o Experience writing deployment and installation scripts for enterprise applications. o Familiarity debugging very large, server-based solutions. o Ability to thrive working in a team environment and directly with customers. o Motivated self-starter who likes working on very productive, fast- paced teams. o Passionate desire to build great products. o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
