They have the physical diagrams of each of the servers but need the logical diagram of how they interact. This position requires for the individual to talk to various business and technology users and gain a high level understanding of the system they use and then document and generate a Visio diagram of that system and place them all in a repository. Skills required for this position include excellent communications, both written and verbal. Solid use for Visio and a broad understanding of various business systems and technologies.
