-For Flex developers we are looking for 2 to 4 years of the following
skills:
-Flex 4 (aka Flash Builder or Flash Builder 4)
-ActionScript 3
-Experience with MVC Model View Controller
-Flex Unit for unit testing Flex
-If they have a Java background that is a plus. Especially if they worked on
Rich GUI interfaces with Java
