QA Analyst
Location: West Des Moines, IA
Duration: 7 months
Rate: $40/hr C2C
*Position Description:*
The primary role for this position will be executing functional test scripts
and performing moderately complex to complex test data conditioning,
regression testing and testing validation.
*Required Skills:*
-Minimum Qualifications BA/BS degree and 5+ years related experience
including familiarity with testing automation tools.
-3+ years proven experience with various testing tools and products such as
Quality Center and Clear Quest
- 5+ years of experience handling the QA Activities for multiple projects
and directives and work in a fast-paced, highly integrated and systemic work
environment
*-Experience in mortgage banking industry *
*-**Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)*
-Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work cooperatively with
peer managers to achieve common business goals
-Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills and a comfort
level in communicating with individuals and groups
-Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict Proven strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
-Experience in developing test plans, test cases, test procedures, test
scripts, and expected results
* * -Experience in defect tracking, reporting, and metrics for testing
-Experience in knowledge-based/rule-based systems using commercial
knowledge-based systems environments
-Experience with web applications. J2EE and Oracle databases experience a
plus, but not required.
