Security and Compliance Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC or MN or CO
Duration: 4-6 month
Rate: $45/hr C2C
*Note - this can be filled in Minneapolis, Charlotte, or Denver. Preference
will be given to candidates in Minneapolis and Charlotte. *
*Position Description: *
Candidate will lead an effort to remediate gaps in AIX/Linux server security
and compliance across multiple environments. Candidate will be expected to
analyze security and compliance findings, develop a plan to address, and
partner with internal business partners and technical teams to perform
remediation. Project will be fast moving with very firm deadlines. Some
off-hours work will be necessary.
*Required Skills:*
-Must have 7+ years experience
- Candidate must have solid AIX and/or Linux skills, including a good
understanding of AIX and/or Linux security
- Candidate must have good analytic, organization, time management, and
prioritization skills
- Candidate must have good customer service and communication skills
- DataStage administration and UNIX scripting skills would be beneficial
