*Required Skills:*
-Strong WebLogic Administration with expertise in Installation,
Configuration, Tuning, and Deploying applications.
-Experience with WebLogic Versions 8.x 9.x & 10.x or Websphere 5.1.x, 6.x
-Strong Windows Server Platform and Unix/Linux System Administration
expertise.
-Strong troubleshooting expertise in basic Networking, Operating System, Web
Server, Application Server.
- Experience in supporting WebLogic or Websphere Servers in a Cluster
solution for High Availability, Load balancing and fail over support.
- Experience in WLST, Jython and ANT scripting to automate and monitor
WebLogic routine tasks is a plus.
- Ability to create build documents, installation and troubleshooting guides
as required. - Knowledge of Web Security tools
- LDAP Server, SSL Certificates, GPOs, Active Directory
- Troubleshooting experience of a middleware applications, use of log files,
process monitors
- Experience in networking, TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS, DHCP.
- Excellent communication, relationship building and client partnering
skills required (must be able to be understood by others)
- Experience working in high-pressure, enterprise-class environment
preferred
- Experience with https servers such as Iplanet, Sunone, Apache, IIS.
-Ability to troubleshoot and debug problems with http servers.
-This candidate must be comfortable on Windows and Unix based servers.
