*Remote Position*
*Required skills/experience:*
- Must have VoiceXML, Java /J2EE , JSP and Nuance (Viecore) Framework
-Must have experience developing Speech Enabled Call Center IVR systems or
VXML, Speech Recognition Grammar development (GRXML)
-Understanding of call routing in a *Genesys *environment
- Must have Clear Case UCM , WebSphere Application Server, SQL, Rational
Application Developer (RAD) 7.5 or higher
- Knowledge of SDLC. Lean IT preferred.
-Candidates must have experience with integrating to backend host systems
via MQ, JDBC, HTTP and screen-scraping (host emulation).
-The successful candidate will possess strong written and verbal
communication skills and will work closely with business, IT staff and
management to deliver voice self-service applications that meet the needs of
our business partners.
-Experience developing healthcare applications - strong analytical and
troubleshooting skills
