Duration : 18+ months
Description:
· Elicit requirements from business users
· Assess and document existing business processes, identifying
unnecessary steps and incorporating value-added steps
· Describing in a comprehensive written document (e.g.,
business case, fit-gap analysis document, or functional specification)
what the system, process, or product/service must do in order to
fulfill the business requirement(s)
· Writing specifications, process flows, business process re-
engineering analysis and design, for complex large scale distributed
online transaction processing (OLTP) systems
· Documenting, communicating, and validating requirements
throughout the system, process, or product/service development
lifecycle
· Developing test scenarios, scripts, and data; reviewing test
results; and assessing the implementation of appropriate solutions to
ensure they perform to the required specifications and are capable of
achieving the design capabilities
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years related experience in performing all of the above
responsibilities-(REQUIRED)
Desired Skills:
· 4 years experience with Project Management
· 4 years experience writing procedures and user manuals
· 4 years experience in Change Management planning
· 4 years experience researching ‘best practices’ for service
delivery organizations
