*Required Skills:*
-Need 3-5 Years of Experience
-Strong background in object oriented development and design
-Experience with relational database design specifically Sybase and Oracle
-Experience working well under short time constraints and without close
supervision
-Experience with the following technologies is a must: Java J2EE, JPA, FLEX

-Experience using a configuration management tool (PVCS)
-Experience working with an IDE such as Eclipse
-Experience with the configuration, operation, maintenance, administration,
and performance tuning of web application infrastructures
-Energetic and enthusiastic about work
-Strong communication skills with customers and team.
