Position: Agile PLM Business Systems Analyst
Location: Livermore, CA
Duration: 6 Months
JOB SUMMARY:
Business Systems Analyst who will support the Engineering Services
Organization. This individual will be the key liaison between Engineering
Services and IT Applications supporting the PDM system.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Provide business analysis and project management to deliver PLM (Product
Life Cycle) system for client company including system analysis,
documentation of business and technical system processes and procedures
Interact with design community and other IT teams to analyze/clarify
business processes to define functional requirements. Work with developers
on multiple projects, responsible for defining and documenting test
scripts/cases, facilitate functional and integration testing with business
users
Work closely with other IT team members/groups within the organization in
the planning, design, acquisition, configuration and implementation of
complex application systems
EXPERIENCE:
Must have demonstrated experience as a business analyst supporting PDM
and/or PLM systems - i.e. design documentation identification, revision
control, electronic data library for CAD files, bill of materials,
engineering change control with workflow, etc.
Must have experience discussing product evolution, design release and change
cycle
5-7 years of direct experience in IT enterprise applications support and
development
Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with
varying degrees of technical experience
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure
environment
Proven problem-solving skills including diagnostic or research, and be able
to absorb and retain information quickly in a wide range of technical issues
