*PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Review functional/technical specifications (and related SDLC
Documentation) for new development/enhancement initiatives providing
assessment in terms of feasibility, impact on existing functionality and
performance.
* Prepare and deliver regular status reports, updates and

* Identify problems and provide sound technical resolution and

* Independently handle assigned tasks with minimum guidance.
* Mentor and guide less experienced team members.
*REQUIRED SKILLS:*
* Experience in working with LDAP Directory, Active Directory, Meta
Directory and SQL Tables.=20
* Experience in working with Perl and Java data connector.
* Candidates should also have excellent verbal and written
communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of
management.=20
* Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills are
must
