Middleware Administrator: Responsible for installations, setup, maintenance & troubleshooting of various middleware software on various platforms, including Windows, Unix and AIX. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS (LIST THE MOST IMPORTANT SKILLS IN ORDER) - The candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience with the technical aspects of WebSphere 5.0+, network deployment and stand- alone configurations as well as WebSphere Portal Server 6.1 on AIX, Windows and Solaris environments. Duties will include fresh installs, upgrades, applying updates, deploying applications, performance monitoring and problem resolution. Experience with Apache Tomcat administration is a plus. - The candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience with the technical aspects of Windows Sharepoint Services 2.0+ Administration, Biztalk, and K2 . Duties will include fresh installs, upgrades, applying updates, deploying applications, performance monitoring and problem resolution. - Preference will be give to the candidate who also has experience with iPlanet 6.5 in a Solaris environment. - In addition the candidate should have attention to detail that accompanies hands-on problem resolution. Candidates must also have the ability to explain complex problems in simple terms to team members in written and verbal format.
