· Develop Process Handbook for COP *Testing* Center of Excellence
Organization
· Setup Metrics and Reporting Process for the COP *Testing* Center
of Excellence
· Recommend new *testing* trends and best practices
· Define common approach, methodology and architecture for
functional, automation and performance *testing*
· Define common process and methodology covering all phases of *
testing*
· Define common tools strategy covering all phases of *testing*
· Provide assistance to the team in confirming to the standardized
processes
