Looking for a SAP FI resource with pricing and promotional sales experience
including:
SD Pricing knowledge
Promotions Management knowledge
Trade Fund Knowledge
DFI knowledge
Solid understanding of Finance
Strong communication skills
The project will involve integrating the trade spend details from our RAFT
(Retail Advertising and Forecasting Tool) system and DFI (Discount from
Invoice) spend details from SAP, into Hedway (Home Entertainment Data
Warehouse) to allow the tracking of Consumer Development Fund (CDF) spend
more effectively against revenue.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Gather and review all existing documentation relating to trade spend
management in RAFT, the associated claims and accrual processes in SAP and
the DFI process that flows into Hedway
• Participate in workshops for RAFT, SAP and Hedway to drive future design
of these systems
• Prepare future state processes and reporting requirements incorporating
the management of trade spend details in RAFT, the associated claims and
accrual process in SAP, and the DFI process that flows into Hedway, to
support integrated trade spend reporting
• Document, review and confirm global future state processes and reporting
requirements with steering committee
• Create and document functional specs based on future state processes
• Create test cases for systems, integration testing and problem resolution
• Coordinate UAT
• Provide analysis, support and troubleshooting of SAP configuration issues
