We have an immediate need for an IT - BSA - Business Systems Analyst to
join a Pharma company that is experiencing tremendous growth. This person
will be working within the IT - Information Systems group supporting
Corporate systems (HR, Legal, Payroll, Compliance)
Responsibilities include:
HRIS, Payroll Support
Monitor and troubleshoot HRIS and Payroll systems and interfaces
Resolve and escalate technical incidents with infrastructure, vendors, etc.
Collaborate daily with HR, Payroll, IS, other stakeholders
Consult on report development, system configuration, data issues
Project management - interface enhancements, system upgrades, new interfaces
System and Platform upgrades - test planning, execution
Manage system lifecycle change control process and documentation
Required Skills
HRIS, Payroll systems - Workday and ADP preferred
Project Management
ITIL, SDLC software engineering processes
Customer-facing communication and collaboration****
