The tester skill set that I am looking for includes:
• Superior skills in test automation for web applications
• Strong in JAVA scripting language
• Ability to define test cases and required test data, code tests in
JAVA
• Knowledge of black and white box test methodologies
• Experience in Unit, Integration and Automated test development
• Experience with open-source test tools such as Selenium, Junit,
Jenkins, etc.
• Experience to automate GUI and backend test using Selenium(Java/
Junit).
• Experience in an Agile development environment
• Good communication skills
