An ideal Ruby/Rails developershould have the following skills:
Roles& Responsibilities:
* Developing Ruby/Rails code in an existing development environment,based
on requirements that will be provided – some effort may be for creating new
functionality, and some may be to address current system issues.
* Performing system testing of developed code to ensure quality and
thoroughness.
Required Skills:
* The developers must have a minimum of 2 years Ruby/Rails development
experience, and a minimum of 5 years professional experience developing
Web-based applications.
* The developers must also be experienced in working with
professional-grade methodologies to ensure high quality and accuracy of
code released to production.
