Employee must have 3-5 years of ECM Information Management Specialist experience and would serve as an extension to a team of Solution Architects. Required Skills: Net (light) and Java (light) and SharePoint (Expert) Content Management (logical design, web application/site collection/subsite, content types, and term management) CSS/HTML 5.0 web technologies CMIS 1.0 or Content Integration experience Enterprise and Workflow, Program Initiatives. Cloud, Enterprise Search & Workflow It was clear that the candidate would have to be versed across multiple technologies (.NET, Java, etc) however they would have to have a focus or a SME on SharePoint in terms of configuration and logical design.
