*Job Title:SQL Developer Location:Hopewell NJ Duration:12+ months SQL developer who can extract data from the database (ORACLE, MS SQL, etc.) and develop reports (PERL) for their customers. Candidate must be willing to take on other responsibilities as needed.
Duties: Develops and maintains documentation Creates complex analytic queries on large data sets Creates stored procedures, triggers, and functions Analyzes trends in key metrics Generates code to extract, transform and load data from production data sources to reports Other duties as assigned General Skills/Competencies/ Specialized Knowledge: Knowledge of principles of database design, data acquisition and data access analysis and design Knowledge of stored procedure writing, query optimization, and indexes Strong communication skills a must Knowledge of Excel Minimum of 3 years of experience in progressive responsibility in a SQL Server Database Programmer Analyst role including design, testing installation, training, and end user work instruction and documentation preparation.
