Position: SAP Performance Tester
Location:* Emeryville, CA-California
*Duration: 6 months.**

*• Facilitate setting up and implementation of the Clorox Testing
CoE.
• Gain an understanding of Quality Management Operations,
philosophies, approach, workflow and deliverables.
• Support Clorox Performance Engineering projects includes creating
and executing application tests efficiently under various system
performance testing scenarios.
• Perform hands on scripting (SAP GUI, WEB Protocols, Citrix) with
Load Runner, Performance Center and Work Soft tools.
• Build test scripts and review code to ensure that the scripts
meet the Clorox/HP Load Runner scripting standards and required
logic/functionality of the simulated business process.
• Analyze and troubleshoot on performance testing results.
• Coach and mentor performance tests.
• Communicate and interact with QA and Development teams.
• Participate in project meetings and facilitate scope of
performance testing.
• Provide feedback on interview with performance test engineers
(offshore/best shore) before they are assigned to the project.
The interview feedback will be reviewed by the Clorox QA and
Performance Managers before selection of resource.
• Manage Quality Center access for the performance test resources.
• Participate in daily performance test status meetings to review
best shore / offshore resources member/s tasks.
• Assist in resolving issues (technical/non technical).
• Provide overview support for the test run and analysis of the
test results.
• Log issues in Quality Center. Work with functional teams to
resolve defects and update statuses in Quality Center.
• Escalate delays in project to Performance Manager and QA manager
if required.
• Assist in creation of Performance Testing report by providing
metrics from Load Runner Analysis tool.
Must – Have Skills –
1) *Good Scripting Knowledge of Load Runner, Performance Center,
Quality Center (preferably version 10.0 and above)*
– *Hands on scripting experience, preferably SAP testing at client
site.*
2) *Conversant with SAP Performance testing, SAP GUI/Portal, Winsock,
Citrix protocols in Load Runner.*
3) *Experience in Load Runner Diagnostics, Site Scope and UNIX for
monitoring*
4) Good verbal and written communication skills
