Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 12 Months Responsibilities include: • Provide senior level systems design, development, programming, and consultation for distributed architecture business and academic support systems which employ web-based technologies, object-oriented and relational databases and client/server computing platforms. • Design and implement application architectures that meet customer needs. • Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Analysts, and customers to gather and compile requirements for new applications software. • Design application systems and programs based on agreed upon requirements. • Program and implement systems and applications. • Design, develop, and implement interfaces and web services to existing database systems. • Serve as a technical expert in the evaluation and testing of the capabilities, characteristics, and requirements of existing and emerging information systems technologies. Required Skills • Minimum of 7 years recent experience with MS SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 database design, query optimization, troubleshooting, stored procedure development, T-SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Profiler.
