Sr. .NET Developer (2 positions)
Location: Madison, WI

Description:
Should be Sr. level web application Developers with Portal and .Net
skills.
The manager is looking for 2 contractors with heavy coding skills
(very important) and some leadership skills.
Resources with experience in software engineering or electrical
engineering are a plus. These resources will work with a group of 5
onshore and 4 offshore contractors.These positions are required to
work onsite.
4 yr college degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Management
Information Systems
Job experience equivalent: 5 years IT application development
experience
Demonstrated superior knowledge of the entire Software Development
Lifecycle
Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate business and
technical information, both verbally and in writing
Within the last 3 years:
2 years technical analysis and design experience on medium to large
projects in technical skill set required for role (i.e. VB.Net,
ASP.Net, SOA, SQL Server, VB, systems integration, etc.)
1 year engagement experience providing technical leadership to a team
of developers on medium to large size projects (10+ FTEs)
1 year engagement experience with requirements elicitation and
analysis
