Recent “IP video” related work as a developer or software architect. It’s a
hands-on role.
We are presently in need of a senior level hands-on technical architect
with solid exposure to web-based client side software development. Must
have good understanding of HTML and JavaScript. The architect will play a
key role in defining the foundational software architecture and design of a
web-based client software SDK/Framework to enable multi-screen video
delivery and experience on a wide variety of consumer electronics devices,
e.g. - set-top box, iOS and Android based smartphones / tablets,
LAN/WAN/WLAN connected TVs and Gaming consoles. The SDK abstracts the
complex interfacing with various Cisco cloud elements and will enable the
“TV Everywhere” experience.
*Key qualifying requirement:
*• Prior experience developing IP video centric client applications
• Browser based UI development experience
• Native application development experience on iOS and/or Android platforms
• Experience in dealing with web browser engines like Opera, Webkit, etc.
