Job Title: Systems Integration Tester
Primary Skills:
Description: ROLE: Systems Integration Tester
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and write test scripts (Functional, Integration and Regression)
Execute Functional, Integration and Regression Test Scripts
Analyze use cases and the detail system designs for the purposes of
developing testing scenarios and test scripts/cases
Analyze and identify flaws in design logic and identify software defects
Verify defects are retested and resolved
Verify requirements are tested and traceability to the test scripts is
maintained
REQUIRED:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience performing QA and producing high quality written deliverables
3+ years experience collecting and analyzing use cases and requirements
3+ years experience in preparing requirements and design documentation
3+ years conducting QA of functional and technical specifications
Strong proven analytical skills
3+ years of experience writing and executing test scenarios and test scripts
Must have the ability to analyze complex requirements and detailed
system designs and write test scripts
Must have the ability to understand how application components
function together within a large integrated-application
Required experience with testing custom web-based applications,
interfaces, business rules engines and/or workflow engines
Additional preference for experience on a large-scale public sector
custom-development web-based projects
Additional preference for experience in programs related to disability
insurance system, insurance claims systems and/or financial/accounting
application systems
Additional preference for experience with using test management tools
such as Quality Center, Clear Quest, TFS or similar
Additional preferred experience in using SQL and UML
