*Experience as a key technical (programming) contributor on SAP CRM new release (preferably 7.0, at least 6.0) project implementation. Extremely experienced with OOP ABAP Strong knowledge and experience with BSP MVC structure and CRM 7.0 Web UI coding. Experience working with BSP WD Component Workbench. Experience working with unique CRM data structures, function modules, and BAdI implementations. Experience customizing (writing custom code) CRM security roles. Experience with AET. Experience with EEWB helpful. Experience with ALE / IDoc. Experience with LSMW. Functional knowledge of CRM (configuration / business process) very helpful. Experience troubleshooting CRM Middleware problems helpful. Experience with XML, Smart Forms & Java helpful. Strong communication (verbal and written) skills. Ability to communicate fluently in English. Experience consulting and designing custom technical solutions working with Functional team and in some cases with Business team. Ability and willingness to share and transfer technical knowledge to employee team members.
