Job Description: Web Support Analyst / Administration - Need a resource to handle enterprise infrastructure support escalation for development and testing mid-range UNIX environments supporting Java J2EE web based Medicaid Claims Payments application running primarily on IBM Websphere and AIX. This includes support other technology components as well. Resource will be responsible for initiating problem resolution & triages, first level troubleshooting, and also occasional system restarts (if needed) using documented instructions provided by technology SMEs in the following infrastructure engineering areas: Websphere, Tivoli, Oracle, Control-M, Informatica, etc. Must Have: Good communication skills, support experience with tier escalation, ability to lead triage conference calls, trouble management / trouble ticketing experience, Ability to perform routine application start up and shutdown, UNIX shell experience.
