· They must be professionals who focus only on front-end
development, not back-end developers who also know some front-end
technology.
· And they are up to speed with current thinking about front-end
development, with things like responsive design, semantic html,
accessibility, performance of front-end code, cross-browser development and
designing/coding with the user in mind.
· This project makes use of the ExtJS framework, so we have a
strong preference for developers who have actually developed advanced web
applications using this framework.
· They will need to be able to work off wireframes and apply these
to the existing framework. Excellent communication skills are thus
required, as well as an interest in producing not just good code but also
implementing good designs.
