- Some one very familiar with Inventory and manufacturing
- excellent communication skills
- very independent worker

1. - Medical device domain knowledge
2. Biotech knowledge
3. Capital equipment knowledge ( manufacture of large, huge
expensive machines instead of volume manufacturing like chips or
harddisk -
commodotiy products)
