Role: Oracle OIM/OIA Specialist (Identity & Access Management Specialist) Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration : 1 year Rate:Open Start date : ASAP Role Description: Seeking experienced Identity & Access Management professionals to work on strategic design and implementation engagements. Prospective candidates should have in depth understanding about Identity & access management, roles & entitlements management, RBAC, design & implementation of large scale IAM solutions. Technology Domain: Oracle Identity Governance Suite Oracle Access Management Required Skills: · Experience with Architecting Oracle Identity & access management solutions · Ability to conduct a gap assessment and define a roadmap · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Hands-on Experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and Oracle Identity Analytics (OIA) design, development · Hands-on experience with design and development of connectors · Experience in Java language including JSP, JDBC, JavaScript, and applet · Experience supporting Java application server environments (Web logic and/or Websphere) · Experience with OIM provisioning connectors (AD, RACF, ACF2, Unix, Tandem, iSeries, Centrify, JDBC, and RSA) · Knowledge of Microsoft ILM, Active Directory, LDAP etc is a definite plus.
