Position: Senior Functional Oracle HRMS Compensation Workbench consultants Location: Cambridge, MA Duration: 5+ months Start: December 03, 2012 Rate: Open - all inclusive We need 2 rockstar HR consultants to perform some high level support for our clients Oracle Compensation and Compensation Workbench modules. The current environment is 11.5.10 and these resources need recent experience with that version. Eventually these resources will be part of the upgrade project to Fusion so fusion experience is a big plus, but not a "must have" requirement. These resources will be performing support and maintenance for the Comp/ OCW modules. They will be exercising the current system and performing QA and test scripts so previous strong test script experience is a must. The primary position is functional work but a technical background with an understanding of technical concepts, testing, and PL/SQL development is preferred.
