*ITSM 7.6 Service Request Management ("SRM") Developer/Requirements
Gathering*
- Work with business and IT partners to gather SR Requirements
- Provide solutions and engage Process teams to minimize custom build
outs and leverage out of the box functionality
- Design, develop, and test SR's using SDLC best practices
- Promote and test SRs through Dev, QA, and Production
- Provide production support and incident management for SRs
- Create simple to complex work flows with Remedy 7.6 SRM to fulfill
business needs
- Ensures that documented requirements meet quality standards
*Requirements*
o Candidate must have 5+ of SRM design and build experience
o Candidate must have prior experience in ITSM 7.6
o ITIL foundation preferred
o Experience with Advanced Interface (“AI”)
o Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
o Demonstrated technical and business acumen.
o Has an excellent working relationship with Global Process Owners and
Process Management team.
