This is Satya from xpertTech, we have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients, Here is the job description once go through of it and if you are interested with this requirement please respond back to (*[email protected]* <[email protected]>) or you can also reach me on (781-780-2939 EXT 3037). *Business Process Analyst/Modeler*** *Location: Orlando FL*** *Duration: 6 mos++*** *Key skills: Kaizan, Lean Six Sigma, Lombardi, Tibco Business Studio, MetaStorm and Mega* *Position Overview*: · Identify and articulate customer issues and translate them into business requirements or data metrics. · Lead workshops, interviews and other information gathering activities specifically to derive process structure and measures · Develop in-depth knowledge of the customers operations and assigned functional areas. · Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes in operating systems · Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams relative to operational processes · Perform return on investment analysis for proposed changes to aid management in making implementation decisions. · Develop new or improved processes based on findings and analysis. · Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications – verbally or through written documentation – to management, peers, staff, and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood. · Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to various levels of information consumers · Develop plans, budgets and timeframes for process changes in order to support company objectives. *Experience and Specific Skill Requirements:* · College degree in the field of computer science or information technology · 5+ years Business Process Analyst work experience · Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data modeling · Must have experience coordinating business users, technical staff, and architects to help analyze and define future needs and operations based upon use case and architectural analysis of alternatives · In-depth knowledge of business process design and re-engineering · Strong experience in leading and conducting requirements gathering sessions · Ability to review and write technical documents · Familiar with Six Sigma and Lean preferred · Knowledgeable about ITIL preferred · Experience participating in the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products. · Ability to apply statistical and other research methods into systems issues and products as required. · Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it. · Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills. · Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with a keen attention to detail. · Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure. · Strong experience with architecture and process modeling tools such as Lombardi, Tibco Business Studio, MetaStorm and Mega · *Mega experience strongly preferred*** · Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio Strong customer service orientation.
