Required Skills:
5+ years’ experience supporting Business Objects XI 3.1 and previous
versions from an infrastructure perspective
3+ year’s expertise of the Central Management Console which includes the
ability to administer, deploy, install and configure Business Objects
1+ years’ experience in Security Model for XI 3.1 or 4.0
1+ years working knowledge and usage of Infoview, Crystal and Webi
1+ years’ experience in infrastructure background
1+ years’ experience in a troubleshooting and problem solving environment.
Ability to share on-call duties with other staff members in order to
provide 24X7 support to Business Objects/Crystal environments
