*One of our Direct Client is looking for a Project Manager - Mergers,
Acquisitions and restructuring projects in the Oracle EBS R11 space*
The candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling scope of
systems implementation projects, and managing the activities of
cross-functional project teams in the delivery of technology solutions.
In delivering system implementation initiatives, the candidate will be
responsible for:
Developing and maintaining the overall project plan;
Managing/delivering all project tracking and reporting;
Managing the on-time and on-budget delivery;
Working across teams to define the project staffing and managing throughout
the lifecycle of delivery;
Managing all communications (project team, management level and business
partners);
Managing project risks and issues, working across teams and organizations
to reach consensus and drive resolutions; and
Managing both business client and project team expectations for delivery.
Core skills required for the candidate include:
Experience managing projects in an IT environment;
Strong oral and written communication skills including ability to
coordinate cross-functional communications;
Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate and engage a diverse
project team;
Strong facilitation and relationship management skills; and
Ability to operate as a subject matter expert for area of responsibility.
