Job Role: TRIRIGA Consultant
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Duration: 12 Months+
Interview: Phone followed by F2F
We need someone who has significant experience with the TRIRIGA Integrated
Workplace Management System
- In particular, this individual needs to have an understanding and
experience in the Space Planning Module. Space Planning includes business
processes such as Space Planning, Space Management, Strategic Planning,
Move Management and CAD Integration.
- Skills preferred would include strong documentation and process flow
analysis experience.
- We are looking for an individual who has experience in working with
clients. This person will need to spend time with our users understanding
their business requirements, discussing system functionality and offering
solutions.
- This individual will need to work with our vendor. They will assist in
translating user requirements into system design. They will act in many
ways as the liaison between the end user and our vendor. They will be
involved in all design sessions and workshops that take place.
- Depending on the timing of the hire, we anticipate this person assisting
in the development and review of our RFP for vendor selection. In addition,
this person would be involved in developing our final project scope
document.
- It is strongly requested that his person be certified in TRIRIGA, as they
may perform some design work on our behalf. In addition, we expect this
individual to be involved in system verification and testing. We would also
look for this individual to participate in and potentially conduct some
user training sessions.
- This needed expertise and experience is expected to benefit Realty
Services by ensuring project costs stay within budget, reducing on-going
change orders, maintaining project time lines and schedules, ensuring
business requirements are met and increasing end user satisfaction.
- In general, we envision this consultant providing Realty Services will
the missing technical expertise needed regarding TRIRIGA. They will help to
ensure the system design of the Space Planning Module meets the needs of
our end users.
- Given the responsibilities assigned to this role this individual will
need to be on-site in Pittsburgh.
