•       IT recruiting experience with proven track record of fast paced
recruiting for IT technical talent.

•       Ability to access first level technical knowledge of the candidates.

•       Ability to handle multiple requirements/positions simultaneously.

•       Good communication skills and well versed with tools/channels to
find qualified professionals.

•       Must be proficient with MS Office Word, PPT, Excel

•       Updates internal systems with records related to Client
requirements, conversations with candidates and information about the
hiring process workflows/activities.

•       Contacts with onsite projects team for the performance feedback.

•       Should be able to provide daily status reports of the recruitment
efforts.

•       Participate in team meetings for potential opportunities and
improvements of the process to better serve customers.

•       Bachelor's Degree required.
