Manage the Service Request (SR) intake, triage, and prioritization with
client oversight
Solid analytical skill with interest in learning business processes in a
multi-platform system
Adept in SAS Base and Macro programming with DB2 database
Familiar with Unix scripting
Good problem solving skill applied to debugging process flows and program
error logs
Able to work with business clients to understand and analyze business
requirements
Experience with on-call support in a production environment
Good communication skills
3 to 5 years of the following: SAS , DB2 , JCL , SQL , FOCUS , BMC Utility
