**• **Work with ETL team (DataStage / Pentaho) and BI
reporting team to guide, educate and tune queries****
**• **Complex SQL tuning.****
**• **physical data modeling****
**• **Design, manage and test materialized views and
aggregates****
**• **Provide L4 production support and solve on P1/ P2
issues.****
Job Description of Senior EUC Technician ( Project Co-ordinator Experience
- Mandatory) -L2:
7+ years EUC hands-on experience in the following areas:

**· **7+ years EUC hands-on experience (MUST)****
**· **Windows PC, Laptop, Workstation****
**· **Windows XP****
**· **Windows Vista****
**· **Windows 7****
**· **Unix experience is a plus but not required****
**· **PC Refresh/Renewal programs (MUST)****
**· **Knowledge of Windows based applications****
**· **Should be able to work effectively in cross-functional
environment with multiple lines of service****
**· **Will work as a technical support ‘break/fix’ technician as
required****
**· **Understanding of Service Desk and DeskSide services is a must*

**· **4+ years project coordination is mandatory****
**· **Project Management Experience is a plus****
**· **Basic Financial Skills are a plus****
**· **Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint skills are mandatory.****
