· Experience with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

· Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain
complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work with Product Management and an Experience Design team to develop
solutions that delight customers
· Proficient with Java Experience with ORM technologies such as
Hibernate
· Experience in developing n-tier enterprise applications
· Experience developing REST-ful API’s
· Experience with JSON and XML
· Experience with JBOSS
· Ability to establish priorities and work on multiple tasks
simultaneously
· Experience with Agile / Scrum, Continuous Integration.
· Identify and drive improvements to software and development
processes
· Design and implement highly scalable and maintainable solutions
· Participate in peer design and code reviews
· Create and utilize automated unit tests to ensure quality of code
· Drive consistency in the approach to the team’s software
development
