*Job Title : Release Management Specialist Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ Duration: 6+ Months Skills & Responsibilities:* Assist in managing project and request interdependencies to ensure release delivery and integrity. Assist in resolving issues that affect release scope, quality, schedule, budget, and resources. Make sure the release work product adhere to unit standards. Measure and monitor progress to make sure releases are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations. Negotiate, plan, and coordinate the release content and effort based on the request backlog, pending service requests, third-party applications, or operating system updates. Develop, socialize, obtain approval, and distribute release related communications and documentation. Enable support personnel by developing training material based on input from Service Delivery team members, arranging and participating in training sessions.
