These resources will be application specialists and Dev. leads. They will:
§ Ensure accuracy of estimates and projections, and also perform
feasibility analysis.
§ Facilitate project execution (BOW + other changes) by the offshore
team, and ensure progress of work.
§ Plan and allocate work for maximum capacity utilization.
§ Ensure predictability of delivery – quality and timeliness; be
responsible for adherence to the release calendar.
§ Interact with users in the context of the above functions.
Their immediate HCL ecosystem will be the Rates Derivatives Lead Managers,
the onsite Business Analysts, and the offshore Technical Coordinator.
*Candidate Profile:*
The candidates should primarily have significant experience in delivering
technology solutions in the domain of *Interest Rate Derivatives*, or in
similar trading areas like FIX , credit default swaps, fixed income trading
etc.
§ 7+ years of experience, a large and recent part of that in the
mentioned domain.
§ Seasoned Dev. professionals
§ Core technology skills in line with the programming languages (JAVA)
and databases (Sybase / Oracle) used in the applications.
