This is a new enterprise content management application that will be replacing the current ECM application, Documentum. An agile development process will be used with 5-7 sprints. The test resource will be required to attend daily meetings, develop a test plan, functional matrix, and provide daily status . Test procedures will be documented in Quality Center. Bug tracking will be done in Jira. *File Attached* *Comments*: This person needs to have the ability to learn quickly. They will be the only tester on the project so they need to be able to review requirements, attend meetings and ask the right questions in an effort to fully understand how they need to test. This person must have a lot of initiative and communicate very well verbally. I put min. Bachelors because it is preferred but if this person has testing experience without a degree I would definitely consider them. I really need a self starter. Person with a lot of initiative and has good communications skills. They will be the only one on this project so if they have to if they need to have at least 5 years experience. If they worked in agile environment before that would be a plus. I need a really “great” manual tester. No automation required on this project.
