Ability to update Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services reports · Must have good Microsoft TSQL skills. Candidate should rate them self at least 7 out of 10 in TSQL. · Ability to think logically and analytically. Preferred “Desired” Skills: 1. Prior Wells Fargo experience not required, but a plus. 2. Experience participating as a developer on large projects that includes Program Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Data Analysts. 3. Experience in the financial services industry (credit, banking, insurance) Other: · Must have sufficient oral communication skills to effectively participate in meetings over the phone. · Must be able to fully document step-by-step processes and findings. · Must be self-motivated and not wait to be told what to do. · Must be able to function productively in an environment where roles and responsibilities are not always clear-cut.
