C#, .NET Java, SOA Engineer. Plans, designs, develops, codes and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products. Develops and implements web-based applications for analysis of health care data for 3M Health Information System business. Focus will be on workflow automation and data visualization through web services and user interface designs. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to estimate time, plan projects and accomplish goals. Develop SOA compliant web services for process automation. Develop client-facing web-based ASP.NET applications with data visualizations using dashboards, reports and graphics. Define and develop T-SQL procedures, triggers and functions for high performance processing in a mixed transactional and batch environment to access and extract data from MS SQL from C# or Java. * * *Responsibilities: * Revises and refines systems as required. Participates in the devising of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation. Involved in testing and ongoing support of business systems. Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation. Must be able to apply SDLC concepts and have a proven track record of delivering solid, robust applications. * * * * *Preferred Experience:* - Experience with healthcare related data (claims and billing, healthcare informatics, inpatient and outpatient data), HIPAA requirements and statistical programming preferred Expertise in Microsoft .NET, C# development with demonstrated proficiency in Windows forms, web forms, ASP.NET, Windows services and web services, or similar experience Team player yet able to function independently with minimal supervision. - Highly organized and able to create repeatable processes that are error-proof and fully documented. - Excellent problem solving, data collection and analytic skills. Ability to identify data anomalies and suggest corrective courses of action. - Use of Microsoft Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server within an Agile development environment a plus. - Knowledge of MS-DRGs, APCs, EAPGs and Hospital Revenue Cycle Experience with NoSQL and Enterprise Service Bus a plus. - Experience with SSAS, MDX queries and data modeling a plus. - Experience with package scheduling, replication. - Demonstrated technical skills with sound oral and written technical communications. - Experience releasing software to internal and external clients (code, test, package, assist tech support) - Able to communicate effectively to non-technical audience both verbally and written and able to develop clear written specifications from a variety of sources, including verbal discussions, legacy code, i/o samples, and interviewing of non-technical personnel. - Demonstrate ability to research relevant topics and develop work plans ** Thanks & regards Ashok Kumar | IDC Technologies, Inc.
