CRM_SBL Marketing/Siebel Configuration Specialist • Facilitate workshops to gather and confirm reporting requirements for a Siebel Call Center (8.2.x) using BI Publisher • Reviewed and analyzed the business requirements document (BRD) to derive the reporting functional specifications document (FSD) and the System Requirement Specifications • Support in installation, set up of BIP Server and Configuring integration between Siebel and BIP. • Design & Develop BI publisher reports (Simple, Parameterized and Complex) • Create Siebel Integration objects based on the analysis of sample report template and functionality provided. • Support configuring and implementing scheduling, email functionalities of BI Publisher.
