*BI/SSRS Developer * *Location :St. Louis Park, MN (suburb of Minneapolis)* *Duration:6+ months* * * *Phone and Face to Face* Primary role as a MS SQL Server TSQL developer (not just a .NET developer that also knows SQL). MUST HAVE: very good MS TSQL skills. Should rate themselves as an 8 out of 10 in TSQL. MUST HAVE: very good MS Reporting Services Development skills. Should rate themself at least an 8 out of 10 in SSRS. MUST: Understand dimensional models with strong preference for prior data warehousing work. MUST: be self-motivated MUST: think logically and analytically Preferred Skills: MS Analysis Services (SSAS) Development SSRS Development against a SSAS cube Prior Wells Fargo experience. *Required “Must Have” Skills:* · Solid experience as a Microsoft SQL Server (not just a .Net developer that also knows SQL). Ability to update Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services reports · Must have good Microsoft TSQL skills. Candidate should rate themself at least 7 out of 10 in TSQL. · Ability to think logically and analytically. Preferred “Desired” Skills: 1. Prior Wells Fargo experience not required, but a plus. 2. Experience participating as a developer on large projects that includes Program Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Data Analysts. 3. Experience in the financial services industry (credit, banking, insurance) Other: · Must have sufficient oral communication skills to effectively participate in meetings over the phone. · Must be able to fully document step-by-step processes and findings. · Must be self-motivated and not wait to be told what to do. · Must be able to function productively in an environment where roles and responsibilities are not always clear-cut. Day to Day Job Responsibilities: Primarily SQL Server TSQL development. Participation in meetings over the phone.
