· Work in the capacity of a Senior Engineer for HCL America Inc.
· Administer and manage customer's entire network security
infrastructure which constitutes of heterogeneous products/appliances such
as below and more:
· Firewalls – Cisco, Checkpoint.
· VPN – Cisco (IPSec/SSL).
· DLP - Symmantec.
· IDS/IPS – Tipping point,IBM Proventia
· Proxy - Blue Coat, Websense.
· Access Control – Cisco Secure ACS, RSA Authentication Manager
· End-point Security – Symantec End-point Protection 12
· E-mail Filtering – Ironport, FOPE.
· Vulnerability – Nessus, Qualysgard.Assessment
· Security Event – Q Radar Monitoring
· Hard Disk Encryption – Symantec, McAfee
· Responsible for implementation, administration and management of
customer’s security infrastructure.
· Expert level understanding of networking & security concepts.
· Testing and distribution of security updates/patches.
· Security Information and Event Management - Aggregation,
correlation, and analysis of log data from network devices, security
devices.
· Version upgrades maintained within N-1.
· Perform IMACs in connection with Network Perimeter Security Services.
· Provide management, maintenance support and monitoring services to
Bluecoat Internet Proxy Infrastructure.
· Maintain Version Upgrades and Patching of Security Infrastructure.
· Assess potential items of risk and opportunities of vulnerability in
the network through Security Event monitoring and analysis of system log
files for activities surrounding security events.
· Monitoring of Security Events and Incidents and mitigation of the
Incidents.
· Ensure all agreed Changes to the environment are fully tested within
a test environment prior to changing the production System.
· Manage SSL VPN and NetConnect Infrastructure logging facilities
· Set any regular maintenance windows or scheduled downtime
· Perform IMACs in connection with Remote Connectivity
· Ensure that system configuration file backups are performed and are
stored off-site for disaster recovery and audit purposes.
· Ensure that Firewall Rules are reviewed in accordance with Risk
management Framework.
· Ensure all agreed Changes to the environment are fully tested within
a test environment prior to changing the production System.
· Ensure that the SSL VPN Infrastructure is kept up-to-date regarding
supportable versions of the server and client software
· Test and distribute of security updates/patches to the individual
SSL VPNs.
· Process Change Management requests in relation to the SSL VPN and
NetConnect devices.
· Technical certification on security technologies products like CCSE,
Symantec etc.
· Should have good analytical, logical and problem solving skills.
· Password resets of thumb drives Encryption.
· Isolate and diagnose detected and reported troubles by working with
-designated
· Implementation, configuration and troubleshooting Anti-virus SEPM.
· Should have expert level understanding and hands-on experience on
various security technologies for e.g. Firewalls, VPN's, IDS/IPS, end point
security solutions (AV, URL Filtering), DLP, strong Authentication
products, and Security Event Monitoring/Management solution/Log Management
Solution.
· Working on Sev1 calls, troubleshooting, attending meetings for new
implementations.
· Working on Incidents, Changes, and Problems per the process as
Outlined by Client.
· Should have good understanding on network technologies - Routing,
switching
· Should have capability to understand customer's technical
requirements and map those to a technical solution.
· Audit Support - Data gathering, audit responses, remediation
recommendations, and remediation mitigation
· Candidates with certification in security technologies from
following OEM’s will be preferred
§ Checkpoint
§ Symantec End Point Protection
§ Symantec DLP
· Good communication skills
*Qualification:* Candidate should be graduate preferably B.E/ B.Tech/MCA.
*Certification:* Candidate should have done certifications like CCNP
security
*Experience:* Candidate should have overall experience of 6+ years on IT
Security Operations

*Required Business Skills*
· Experience in Healthcare/Pharma/Life Science domain
*Required Technical Skills*
• 3-5 years of experience developing reports with Crystal Reports in
TrackWise environment.
• Oracle 10g or higher
• Knowledge of TrackWise application
• Comprehension of enterprise data structures and data analysis
concepts, and the ability to demonstrate strong document design instincts
• Must demonstrate the ability to create complicated report formats
(e.g., formulas and calculations) and conform to established coding style
and format standards
• Ability to design and implement complex ad-hoc queries
• Must be able to work independently but maintain active
communication with other team members
• Computer System Validation and Testing methodologies, processes,
and tools for testing of functionality, including IQ, OQ, and PQ, as well
as unit, integration
• The Crystal Reports Developer must be proficient in designing and
developing Crystal Reports in a Oracle environment. This position designs
and maintains business reports, analyzes requirements and needs, while
preserving corporate consistency, intuitive usage, and quality output. The
position will work as part of a team responsible for delivering a TrackWise
solution for the Quality Control and Quality Assurance business area
therefore, experience with TrackWise is required and validation/GxP
experience is a plus
*Desired Technical/Business Skills*
• BS/MCA/BE/ME degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Crystal Reports Certified Professional (CRCP) preferred
• Experience in a regulated (Part 11/GxP) environment preferred
