Responsibilities
· Develop and foster collaborative relationships with other
technical support, development and service teams.
· Accountable and responsible for managing system issues,
performance tuning, and backup/ recovery for all environments.
· Act as first and second level of support for all infrastructure
issues for the company’s Wealth Platform in the J2EE and messaging
middleware namespace.
· Provide detailed root cause analysis and suggest workarounds
and/or solutions for recurring issues.
· Work with Information Security and Compliance to ensure that
infrastructure components are meeting standards for Corporate and
Regulatory guidelines.
Work with the Business Continuity teams to successfully restore the
company’s Wealth Platform as part of the Disaster Recovery exercise.
Work independently and collaboratively with other support organizations to
troubleshoot system and application issues.
